Mice C57BL/6 strain was irradiated with mean lethal dose (LD50/30) 8.308 Gy. Radiotherapy was performed in a plexiglass box linear accelerator Phillips, 320 KV, 10 mA in dose rate 1 Gy / min, 50 cm distance from the source.
